STACIA RENFORD
CEO & Founder
Stacia Renford has had a distinguished career, having served 11 years in the United States military and also managing and coordinating administrative and human resources in various sectors of the federal government. The years spent in these positions afforded her the opportunity to oversee and coordinate large projects with budgets upwards of $3,000,000, as well as managing daily communications, logistics, and payroll for various vendors and team member levels. After successfully fulfilling a great range of positions between “support staff” and “management”, Stacia grew increasingly dissatisfied with the pay inequality and the lack of advancement opportunities available for women of color. With a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and an in-depth understanding of logistics and supply chain management, Stacia decided the time was right to start her own logistics and trucking firm. Stacia is Founder, Chair, and CEO of Movit Logistics LLC. and is based in the metropolitan Washington D.C. area. She is the proud mother of two children: J'Rell and Lauryn.
